We got a 3 BHK with 986 square feet built-up area, which is a good upgrade from our previous rental. The yoga/meditation area is something we look forward to using for relaxation. The landscaping is nicely done, making the complex look pleasant. The price of 78 Lakhs onwards was acceptable given it's a ready property. My only minor issue is that the parking spots feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
