Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School is literally right next door, which saves us so much time in the mornings. Apollo Hospitals is also very close by, which is a great comfort. The project is ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The builder, Ace Constructions, seems to have a decent reputation. Our only minor issue is that the internal roads within Valasaravakkam can get quite congested during peak hou, but that's a general problem in Chennai West. Overall, the convenience for school and medical needs is the biggest advantage here.
