It's still under construction, with a completion date of December 2028, so we have some time. The location in Sinnar, near Kids Academy, is developing nicely. They mentioned 24x7 water supply which is a must. Parking is open, which is fine for now as we only have one car. The project is by SAAB Develope, who seem to be building a good reputation. We visited the site last week and the construction progress looks steady. Hopefully, they hand over on time.
