The ready-to-move status and the 700 Sq.ft built-up area at a price point starting from 46.2 Lakh made it an attractive proposition for rental income. Its proximity to major roads like Rajendra Nagar Road and the Hyderabad Elevated Expressways is a good sign for future appreciation and tenant accessibility. The fact that it’s in Attapur, a well-connected area, also helps. However, I have noticed that the overall construction quality feels average for the price; it's not exactly premium. SA Associated Buildeare known, but I expected a bit more polish. Still, for an investment, it seems reasonable.

We chose SA My Home Enclave in Chintalmet because it’s very close to Duaa The Global Schools, only a 2-minute journey for the kids. We bought a 2 BHK apartment, 700 Sq.ft built up, which is sufficient for our small family. Since it's ready to move, we didn't have to wait long. The location in South Hyderabad is developing well, and it’s convenient to reach Attapur. However, the parking space is quite limited. If you have more than one vehicle, it becomes a real challenge to find a spot. We have to coordinate a lot. Apart from that, the apartment itself is functional and meets our basic needs for now.

It is ready to move which was a priority so they could settle in quickly. The location in Chintalmet is close to Attapur, and it’s only a short distance Zoi Hospitals, which is reassuring. My only concern is the price, 46.2 Lakh onwards felt a bit high for the amenities offered, but given it's ready to move, we accepted it.
