It is a big relief for our children. The children's play area is a must-have for us, and the planned landscaping will be nice once it is finished. We booked a 2 BHK unit of 598 Sq.ft. The location in Chanod Colony is quiet, which we prefer. S8 Developeseems reliable enough. Since the project is under construction until December 2029, we are currently living in a rented house. Hopefully, the final finishing of the apartment meets our expectations. It is a practical choice for families who want to stay close to schools.
