The built-up area is a decent 1050 sq.ft, and the starting price of 24.3 Lakh is competitive for the East Hyderabad region. Its proximity to Nagole Metro Station (less than 1 km) and Kamineni Hospitals are strong points for rental demand. However, the fact that OC received is not available could be a point of concern for some buye, although it's an older project. I'm still weighing the long-term appreciation veus potential rental income. The area is generally good for investment.
