Kamineni Hospitals is just 5 kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient given my professional. L. B. Nagar Metro Station is also 5 kilometedistance, offering good connectivity to the rest of the city. The 2 BHK apartment provides 1159 square feet of built-up space, which feels comfortable. Nomula Sudhakar Reddy has handed over ready-to-move apartments. I particularly liked the rain water harvesting system. The roads leading to the project could be in better condition though.

This is my very fit apartment purchase, and I chose S V Residency. I opted for a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1159 square feet, providing a good starting space. The fact that it was ready to move in made the process much simpler for a fit-time buyer like me. The location in Agricluture Colony, Vanasthalipuram, is developing, and it's close to Dilsukhnagar Public School. Nomula Sudhakar Reddy is the developer. The 24x7 water supply is a basic but essential feature. I did notice that parking space might be a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider.
