Living in S V Pleasant for the past few months. It is a peaceful community. I bought a 2 BHK which is 1208 sq.ft, very comfortable for my needs. The location in Bachupally is quite serene, though reaching the main areas takes some time. The sewage treatment plant and fire sprinkleare good safety features. I appreciate the closed car parking facility. One minor issue is the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low during certain times of the day, but it's usually manageable. The community hall is a nice touch for social events. The landscaping is well done.
