It is ready to move in, which was our priority. Being teache, we appreciated the quiet surroundings, though street lighting is good for safety. The sewage treatment plant is a responsible feature by S V Associates. We are happy with the space, as it's a significant upgrade from our rental flat. The only minor drawback is that Ideal Colony Metro Station is nearby, making daily metro access a bit of a journey, but we primarily use our own vehicle.
