The price was 37.6 Lakh. It is ready to move in, so no long waiting periods. The Vastu compliant design was appealing. I appreciate the inclusion of essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply. The nearby Narayana Hospital and RN Tagore Hospital are important facilities to have close by. The landscaping and tree planting will add to the aesthetic appeal. My only reservation is the completion date is October 2024, which is a bit further out than I expected for a ready-to-move-in tag.
