    I decided to look at S S V Sri Saraswathi Fortune for my post retirement home. The location in Brodipet is quite convenient for me as it is near Aster Ramesh Hospitals. S S V Buildeseems to be focusing on the basics like solar energy and proper waste management which is important for long term living. I saw the 2 BHK floor plan with 792.33 square feet carpet area and it looks manageable for a couple. My only worry is the construction noise in this part of Gorantla right now, but I hope it settles once they finish by July 2027. The site visit was helpful and the staff explained the electrical sub station and transformer setup properly.
