The fact that National Gems Higher Secondary School and BM Birla Heart Hospital are at nearby distance is a significant advantage for peace of mind. S S Construction is the developer, and the project is scheduled for completion in March 2027. I am looking at a 3 BHK. While the location is good, the address itself, 131/2, Netaji Subash Rd, is on a slightly narrower lane, which could be a minor inconvenience for visitoI am hoping the internal roads within the complex will be well-managed. The metro is accessible too.

This is perfect for us with two young children. We are looking at a 4 BHK. The project is under construction by S S Construction, with completion targeted for March 2027. The Behala, Bakshi Bagan area is developing nicely. One thing that concerns me is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. The Metro station at Taratala is nearby, which is accessible. We need a spacious home, so these larger configurations are appealing. Hopefully, the builder maintains good construction quality.
