We were looking for a comfortable 3 BHK in South Bangalore and settled on S S Alpyne. The 1505 Sq.ft built-up area is perfect for us, with enough space for a home office. It being ready to move in May 2023 made our decision easier. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex look nice, and the children's play area is a bonus for when we have guests with kids. Aravind has provided good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price was around 89.01 Lakh. The only slight drawback is the traffic getting out of Banashankari during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore. We are happy with the solid waste management system too.
