It's under construction and expected to be ready by May 2027. The proximity to The Masterminds School Mallapur and ONUS ROBOTIC HOSPITALS (both 0 KM) is a major plus. My only reservation is the connectivity to the main city; the nearest metro station is over nearby, and reaching there might be an issue without a peonal vehicle. The surrounding area also seems to have a lot of ongoing development, so dust could be a problem initially.
