We were looking for a ready to move flat for my parents who are in India. S P Nx One seemed like a good option since it was completed in March 2015 and is available now. The 2 BHK carpet area is around 718 square feet, which should be spacious enough for them. The price point around 57 lakh is also manageable. I liked that it has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, so they can stay active. The location in Noida Extension, Techzone 4 is decent, although I'm not too familiar with the area. My main concern is being so far away and not being able to check on them easily. They mentioned a shopping mall within the premises which will be convenient for my mother. Hopefully, the maintenance charges are not too high.

The project was completed in March 2015, so it's a settled community. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the availability of lifts. The jogging track is perfect for my morning walks. Being close to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension (a short distance) is a significant advantage for health reasons. My only minor concern is that the carpet area, while decent, feels a little compact for the price point. It is ready to move in, which suited my needs perfectly. The project by S P Sai IT Pvt Ltd has decent amenities, including a gymnasium and car parking. The location is quite accessible, being close to NH 66 and close to Panaji City Center. The Mandovi Bridge is also nearby at nearby. While the price is reasonable for the area, I noticed the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak commuting houon the main roads leading to Noida. Overall, a solid choice for a family home.

The price was around 57.48 lakh, which was a stretch but we managed with a loan. It's ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after the paperwork. The proximity to Ryan International School, Noida Extention, which is a short distance, is perfect for us. We also looked at the Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital being a short distance, which gives peace of mind. The construction quality seems solid. One small issue is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but we are hoping it settles down soon.
