The 1 BHK flat has a carpet area of 425 Sq.ft, which is adequate for our needs now that the children have moved out. The community buildings and landscaping look well-maintained. We also appreciate the 24X7 water supply, which is crucial. There's open parking and closed car parking available. The location is reasonably accessible, although getting onto Pandharpur Road can sometimes involve a bit of waiting during peak houOverall, it provides a peaceful environment.
