    After retiring, I wanted to settle in Mysore and bought a plot at S M G9 Vinyas. It's a good location in Elivala, Jetti Hundi Village Yelwala Hobli, offering plots for a peaceful life. The amenities provided are quite comprehensive, including 24x7 security and a sewage treatment plant. I especially appreciate the rainwater harvesting system. It's reassuring that there is a fire fighting system in place. The nearby NJ Hospital at nearby is also a critical factor for us. The only drawback is the initial access road, which could be better maintained and is sometimes a bit narrow.
