We chose S K Shantiniketan because of its location in Garia, Sonarpur, which is relatively peaceful. Our 2.5 BHK is about 950 sq.ft., offering enough room for our two children. The gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The proximity to Khudiram Metro Station is very convenient for daily travel. We are paying around 49 Lakh for our flat. While the basic amenities like lifts and water supply are present, the common areas could be better maintained. Also, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it’s manageable.
