We are looking to buy a place for my parents back in Kolkata and S G Aranyak seemed like a good option. The location in Dum Dum is quite convenient, especially with Indira Gandhi Memorial High School just a minute away. We are considering a 2 BHK flat for them, maybe around 400 square feet carpet area. My father needs a dedicated parking spot, so the closed car parking amenity is a must. The project is still under construction and expected to be completed by May 2025, which gives us some time. The proximity to ILS Hospitals is also a big plus for us, offering peace of mind for their health needs. The size of the flats seems reasonable for a couple, not too large to manage but enough space. We hope the construction quality will be good.
