I purchased a plot around 1689 Sq.ft for approximately 92.88 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move in meant I didn't have to wait long. S Realty is the developer here. My main concern is the connectivity; while it's in Chennai South, reaching certain parts of the city can take a bit longer than I am used to. Also, I haven't seen any information about an Occupancy Certificate yet, which is a bit unusual for a ready-to-move project. I hope S Realty clarifies this soon.
