We decided to finally buy our own flat and looked at S D Juthika Apartment in Netaji Nagar. It is still under construction and will be ready by December 2028. We liked the idea of being close to GD Birla School as we have young kids. The developer, S D Construction Kolkata, seems to be building quite a few projects. The area is developing, but the road leading to the project from the main road could be better. It feels a bit narrow and congested sometimes, especially during peak houHowever, the proximity to Netaji Metro Station, which is nearby, is a big plus for our daily commute. We are hoping for a quiet and peaceful living experience once it is built.

This is our fit flat purchase and we chose S D Juthika Apartment. We are looking forward to moving in December 2028 when it is completed. The location in Netaji Nagar is quite decent.
