We decided on a 2 BHK in S B Bhagirathi Abhijeet because of its ready-to-move status. The carpet area is about 684 square feet, which is adequate for our small family. It's located in Satara Parisar, which is reasonably connected. The builder, S B Buildcon, seems to have provided good basic amenities like 24x7 security and water supply. My only reservation is the traffic on Paithan Road during peak hou, which can be a bit frustrating. We are looking forward to moving in after the final touches are done.
