We were looking for a ready to move flat near the IT corridor and found S And S Solitaire. The 1235 Sq.ft 2 BHK we got is pretty spacious for us. It’s close to the Chennai Bangalore highway which is convenient for my commute. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good, we use them often. My wife likes the jogging track in the morning. The price was a bit high at around 80 Lakhs but the location and ready to move status made it worth it. The only issue is finding parking sometimes if we have guests over. Overall, it’s a decent place for young professionals.
