The price was about 42.33 Lakhs, which was affordable for us. It's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The location is decent, close to K. R. Pura Metro Station which is about a 5-minute ride. The Party Lawn is a nice amenity for when we have guests over. We did notice some dust from nearby construction, but it's manageable.
