We decided to upgrade from our rental place and booked a 2 BHK in S And S Centris. The 1165 Sq.ft size feels spacious enough for our needs, and the price was reasonable at 1.3 Crore. It is very convenient that the Perungudi Metro Station is nearby, making our commute to work much faster. The developer, S&S Foundations Pvt Ltd, seems to be on schedule with the construction. We are looking forward to the completion in December 2027. The landscaping and tree planting mentioned in the amenities list is something we are excited about for a greener environment. The only minor issue is that the parking space might be a bit tight, but we are hoping it works out for us.

It's literally close to the OMR and the Perungudi Metro Station, which is very convenient for them to travel. The 1149 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment we booked for them seems like a good size. My only concern is the dust from the construction site, which is quite noticeable at the moment. We are hoping this settles down once the project is finished.
