We bought a plot here mostly for future security. The area is developing well, and the plots are spacious, with sizes up to 2400 Sq.ft. It's a gated community with good landscaping and a children's play area, which are nice additions. The developer, S&P Foundation Private Limited, seems reliable. It’s also close to major roads like Grand Southern Trunk Road. The biggest downside for us is the distance from the main city and the traffic during peak houwhen commuting. The price range, up to 45.36 L, was within our budget for a plot, but we were hoping for something closer to the city center.
