The location in Miyapur is convenient for them, close to the metro station which is about 1.4 kilometeaway. They can also reach KIMS Hospitals Kondapur easily in under 4 kilometeThe apartment size for the 3 BHK is quite spacious, ranging from 1598 to 1880 square feet built up, so they will have plenty of room. The developer, R. V. Nirmaan Private Limited, seems to have a decent track record. The project is ready to move which was a big factor for us. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are also a good addition for their daily routine. Overall, a good choice for peace of mind.

The only minor issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be a bit much, but I'm hoping that will subside.
