The pricing starts at 69.32 Lakh and goes up to 1.02 Crore. We were impressed with the smart video phone door security and the overall unique architectural design. The developer, R. V. Nirmaan Private Limited, has equipped the project with a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are perfect for our lifestyle. The location in Kompally is quite central, with good access to urban amenities. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us. The only minor issue is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times.
