Nirmaan Private Limited, has equipped the project with a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are perfect for our lifestyle. The location in Kompally is quite central, with good access to urban amenities. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us. The only minor issue is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times.
