I needed a place that was safe and convenient. Rutu Regency in Deepali Nagar seemed like a good fit. The fact that it's ready to move was ideal. Having Nashik Cambridge School and Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital so close is convenient, although I hope I won't need the hospital often. My biggest concern is the noise from the nearby expressway sometimes, especially at night. It's not constant, but it's noticeable. Daksh Realty has a decent reputation, so I'm hoping for good maintenance.
