Rushiraj Melodious Apartment has a good location in Manik Nagar, close to both Nirmala Convent High School and ASG Eye Hospital, which is very convenient. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 1200 square feet. It's spacious enough for me and has areas for plants. The closed car parking is a definite plus. The landscaping looks decent, although some areas are still under development. Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place for a single woman. I am happy with my decision.
