The location near Gangapur Police Station seemed good, and the developer, Rushiraj Builde, has a reputation. The peaceful surroundings were appealing. I paid about 79 Lakhs for this. The main issue I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit annoying. However, the apartment itself is spacious and Vastu compliant. The availability of lifts and 24/7 security is reassuring for a fit-time buyer like me. It’s ready to move in, which was a big relief.
