We were looking for a spacious apartment in Nashik and found Rushiraj Habitat. The 1550 sq.ft 3 BHK is quite large for us, plenty of room to grow. The location in Anandvalli is good, close to schools like Wisdom High International which is nearby. We liked the jogging track and the gymnasium for our workouts. It was ready to move when we bought it in 2014 so no waiting time. The price was within our budget, around 70 Lakhs. One minor issue is the traffic on Gangapur Road during peak houcan be a bit heavy sometimes.
