Rushabhdev Infra Projects has provided many facilities like a swimming pool and gym, which is nice. My only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which sometimes affects the air quality. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which felt reasonable. The proximity to SMS Multi-Speciality Hospital (4.6 km) and Motera Stadium Metro Station (3.89 kms) is also a benefit.
