It's ready to move in, which was perfect as we didn't want to deal with ongoing construction hassle. The starting price of 1.6 Crore was acceptable for the size and location. Having Sheth C N Vidyalaya nearby is a big advantage for us. The builder, Aadinath BuildeAhmedabad, has provided essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and a dedicated children's play area isn't listed, but the overall space seems family-friendly. The proximity to Shreyas Metro Station is useful for commuting. My only slight worry is the parking situation, which seemed a bit tight during our visit.
