The price starting at 48 Lakhs was within our budget. The proximity to Sub-CBD2 Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for my husband's commute. We also liked that there is 24x7 Security. The only issue we found is that the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, which might be a problem sometimes. But overall, we are happy with the decision.
