The project is under construction by Rupalekhya Group Of Companies and is slated for completion in January 2027. The price is upwards of 85 Lakh. I liked that they offer 24x7 water supply and a gymnasium. My only worry is the traffic on the main roads around New Town during peak hou, but hopefully, the new metro station nearby will ease that. The 24x7 security is a standard expectation.
