    I purchased a unit in Rudray Mahel as a potential investment. The project is by Rudray Buildeand is located in Mota Mava, Rajkot. It was ready to move from January 2019, which is helpful. The 2 BHK configurations offer a carpet area between 381 sq.ft and 396 sq.ft. Having a children's play area and lifts are standard amenities. The property having 3 open sides is a unique feature. While the location in Geeta Nagar 3 is developing, access from the main Gondal Road could be a bit better, involving a slightly narrower lane. However, for a ready property, the overall value seems reasonable.
