    We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Ahmedabad and found Rudra Square H And I Block. The 3 BHK configurations are quite spacious, ouis 1550 sq.ft. It's nice that Udgam School For Children is just 0.3 miles away, very convenient for future planning. The price was at the higher end of our budget, around 95 Lakhs, but the location in Bodakdev seemed worth it. Parking is a bit of a squeeze, especially if visitocome. Overall, it's a decent place, close to good schools and hospitals like Shalby.

It's a ready-to-move property, so they could settle in quickly after completion in June 2005, although that was a long time ago. The size is good, around 1440 sq.ft. My only concern is the proximity to the main roads, which might mean some traffic noise. But having Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals so close is a big comfort for me.

It's very convenient with Udgam School For Children and Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals just 0.3 miles away. The provision for 24X7 water supply is essential. Landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. The price was around 99 Lakhs, which was at the top of our budget. Sometimes the street lighting could be improved on the internal lanes. Overall, Rudra Developeprovided a decent living space.

    Finally upgraded from our rental place to a 3 BHK in Rudra Square H And I Block. We liked that it's ready to move. The area is 1600 sq.ft, which gives us much more space than before. It's great that there is solid waste management and landscaping. Being near the 132 Feet Ring Road is good for commuting, though sometimes traffic can be heavy. The price point, around 90 Lakhs, was manageable for us after saving for a while. We're happy with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance as well for peace of mind.
