We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Rudra Rudradham B Building. The carpet area is 556 sq.ft, providing much more space than our old rental. Rudra Construction And Developehave put in decent amenities like landscaping and street lighting. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief. Being able to get a place with closed car parking is also a big benefit for us. The location in Lingali is quiet, which we like after dealing with city noise for yeaThe only thing is the distance to the Daund Main ST Stand, which is over nearby. Commuting for work might be a bit challenging, but we are happy with the flat itself.

I purchased a 1 BHK unit in Rudra Rudradham B Building for my parents who live in Pune. The carpet area is approximately 419 sq.ft, which is manageable for them. Knowing it's ready to move in meant they didn't have to wait for possession after the July 2021 completion. Rudra Construction And Developeincluded important features like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are crucial for senior citizens. The presence of storm water drains is also a good sign for the infrastructure. I do wish the hospital was a bit closer than nearby, but overall it seems like a good, safe place for them.

We chose Rudra Rudradham B Building for our family. The 2 BHK flats offer about 580 sq.ft of carpet space, which is good enough for our two kids. Having recreation facilities within the complex is nice. The biggest plus is that St. Sebastian High School & Junior College is only nearby, making school runs manageable. We also appreciate the solid waste management and landscaping aspects. The only downside is that the parking seems a bit limited, especially if we get a second car. We are hoping this won't be a major issue down the line.
