    We looked at Rudra Palace Heights because it was ready to move in. We booked a 2 BHK which has a built-up area between 950 to 1200 square feet. The price was around 80 Lakhs which was in our budget. The project is located in Sec-1 Noida Extension, which is decent. The biggest issue we are facing is the traffic getting out of Noida Extension in the morning, it can easily add a short distance our commute. Also, the construction dust is still noticeable in some common areas. The amenities like the swimming pool and gym are good though. We are hoping the builder Redundant will address the dust issue soon.

I found the price of 60.9 Lakhs to be reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Greater Noida. The developer Redundant mentioned Vastu compliance, which was important to me. I have visited the site and the construction quality looks fine. I am a bit worried about the lack of an OC received, but the builder assures it is in process. The location is okay, not too far from the metro station at Sector 81, which is about 6 kilometeaway. I am happy with the overall decision so far.
