    I recently moved into a 3 BHK at Ruchira Iris, located at Budigere Cross, Bangalore East. The apartment is spacious, around 1041 sq.ft, and offeprivacy with no common walls. Diligent Enterprises completed this project in January 2023, and it's ready to move. The price for this size was 2.11 crore, which was a significant investment. I'm pleased with the landscaping and the Fountains, it creates a nice ambiance. The 24x7 water supply and lift services are reliable. My only minor gripe is that the valet parking, while a luxury, can sometimes cause a slight delay when you need to get your car quickly.

The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Whitefield Global School, which is right at nearby. Also, Manipal Hospital is very close by. Diligent Enterprises has provided quite a few amenities like an amphitheater and indoor games, which the kids are already enjoying. The 70% open space is fantastic, giving a sense of freedom. The only slight concern is that the construction dust can still be a bit noticeable sometimes, but it’s manageable. The price for our 3 BHK was around 1.8 crore.
