I found the accessibility to essential services like hospitals and banks quite good. While the construction by Ruchi Infrastructure appeasolid, I did notice some dust from ongoing development in the immediate vicinity, which is common in developing areas. However, I am generally pleased with the purchase as an independent living space.

Being a ready-to-move property made the decision easier, and it was completed in December 2023. The location on Kalali Talsat Road is convenient, and having Delhi Public School Vadodara only nearby is fantastic for our children. There are also hospitals nearby like BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital. The only downside is the traffic on Kalali Talsat Road can get quite heavy in the mornings and evenings, which we noticed during our visits. But the space and privacy of a villa are worth it for us.
