The location in Urapakkam, close to GST Road (300 metres), offegood connectivity. The Kilambakkam bus terminus being so close is also a positive for potential renteRuby BuildeAnd Promoteseem to have a decent track record. The project is under construction, with an expected completion in December 2031. My only reservation is the long waiting period. I’m hoping the area appreciates significantly by then. The project offestilt plus 5 floo, which is a manageable height. 24x7 CCTV surveillance is a standard but necessary amenity.

The built-up area for 2 BHK is between 872 to 950 sq.ft. I'm paying around 60 Lakhs for a unit. The main concern is that it's still under construction and won't be ready until December 2031. I’ve heard construction dust can be a problem in the area but hopefully, it gets managed well. The basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are included.
