    We just moved into our 2 BHK at RTech Green Park. The 550 square feet built-up area feels spacious enough for us and our cat. We chose this project because it's ready to move and the prices were quite attractive, starting from 4.95 Lakh for the 1 BHK. Rtech Group seems to have provided good facilities like a children's play area and 24/7 security, which is important for us. The location in Chikani is okay, though traffic can get a bit slow during peak hou, especially getting out towards the main road. We are still exploring the area, but it feels like a good start for us.
