    Moving to Nagpur for work, I needed a place conveniently located. L Lotus Heights on Wardha Road seemed promising, especially with Cure It Hospital nearby. I am considering a 4 BHK duplex which is quite large at 1532 square feet carpet area. The project by l Realities Llp is currently under construction and expected to be ready by December 2029. They have good infrastructure planned, including a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains, which is impressive. The nearby distance to the Airport Metro Station is a bit much, but given my work at the hospital, proximity is more important. The fire sprinkleand landscaping are also nice touches. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product.

The only worry is that the Airport Metro Station is quite far, over nearby, which might be inconvenient for occasional travel. The 2 BHK apartments are around 711 square feet, which feels spacious enough for one peon. They have good amenities like 24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant which are essential. The construction is still ongoing, expected completion is December 2029, so there is a bit of a wait. I did notice there's some dust from ongoing construction on the site which is a bit of a concern, but hopefully, that settles down once they finish. The developer l Realities Llp seems to be building this well.

This project by l Realities Llp is located in Pipla, Wardha Road, Nagpur. The fire retardant structure and fire fighting system are good safety features. They also have a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains. The only drawback I see is the proximity to Cure It Hospital which might mean some noise at odd houI am waiting for the December 2029 completion date. The amenities list is quite comprehensive, covering water supply and electrical meter rooms.
