The project has maintenance staff available, which gives me peace of mind. I purchased a 2 BHK flat which is 725 square feet. It’s spacious enough for me and guests. The location in Chennai North is well-connected, and it’s a short drive to MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS which is very convenient for me. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common in Chennai. The landscaping looks nice, adding a bit of greenery.
