We were looking for a place close to Velammal New Gen School and Elegance Phase 2 is nearby, which is perfect. We got a 2 BHK flat around 1100 square feet. The children's play area is a good size and kept clean. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us. The price was around 50 Lakhs. One small issue is that the road access to the project can be a bit busy during peak hou, especially connecting to the Medavakkam Sholinganallur road. Overall, it feels like a safe and convenient place for the family.
