The price was around 55 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The location is decent, close to the Velachery High road, making commutes easier. We are still figuring out the nearby areas for shopping, but Narayana e-Techno School being so close is a big plus. RConstructions seems to have good plans. Hope the community develops well.
