We were looking for a plot to build our dream home. RRR Urban Meadows had plots ranging from 147 sq.yd. Up to 327 sq.yd. We chose a 180 sq.yd. Plot for around 28 Lakhs. The price point was within our reach. It's great that the project is ready to move in, so we can start construction soon. The amenities like internal roads, footpaths, and electrification with solar energy options are impressive. The only downside is the dust and traffic on the main road leading to the project, it can get quite bad during peak houWe are hoping RRR Group will address this. The landscaping is a nice touch for future aesthetics.

Finally found a place to settle down in Hyderabad. RRR Urban Meadows seemed like a good option because it's ready to move in, and I need to start my new job soon. The plot sizes are decent, I got one for 147 sq.yd. Which is enough for a small future home. The price was around 23 Lakhs, which fit my budget. The location near Ramoji Film City is a bit far from the main city hospitals, so my commute might be longer, maybe an hour and a half daily. I'm hoping the internal roads are good enough for smooth travel. Also, the 24/7 water supply is a big relief. Overall, it feels like a solid purchase for my relocation.

I decided to invest in a plot for the future. RRR Urban Meadows in South Hyderabad seemed like a good long-term bet. I bought a 150 sq.yd. Plot for about 23.5 Lakhs. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which is convenient. The Vastu compliance was an important factor for me. RRR Group has also included rainwater harvesting, which is environmentally conscious. My main worry is the distance from the city center and the lack of immediate access to major transport hubs like the metro, which is over nearby. It feels a bit isolated right now, but I am hoping the area develops further. The internal infrastructure like storm water drains is well thought out.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place away from the city noise. RRR Urban Meadows offeresidential plots, and I purchased a 200 sq.yd. Plot. The pricing was reasonable, about 30 Lakhs. I liked that the plots are Vastu compliant. The developer, RRR Group, has also included landscaping and tree planting, which will make the place look nice over time. My only concern is that it's quite far from L. B. Nagar Metro Station, almost nearby. Getting to the city for appointments will require planning. However, the availability of water storage and storm water drains is good planning. It’s a quiet area, perfect for retirement.

We needed a bigger space than our rental and wanted to own a plot. RRR Urban Meadows offered plots in the 200 to 300 sq.yd. Range. We picked a 250 sq.yd. Plot for approximately 38 Lakhs. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the size and location were appealing. Being close to Tara Comfort Hotel is convenient for guests. The project has basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and proper electrification, which are essential. The main issue we are facing is the lack of clear completion dates and OC status, making future loan arrangements a bit uncertain. However, RRR Group’s focus on landscaping and tree planting promises a greener environment. The plot sizes offer good flexibility.
