The budget for these flats is between 27.55 Lakh and 29.89 Lakh, which felt competitive for the area, especially since it's ready to move. The location near GD Birla School and BM Birla Heart Hospital is a plus for future rental potential. One thing I noticed is that the OC received status is not available, which is a minor concern for a purely investment purchase, but given the ready-to-move status and builder reputation, I decided to proceed. The power backup is also a practical amenity.

We were looking for our fit home and decided on RRD Sristi. The 2 BHK flat we saw, around 672 square feet, felt spacious enough for us. It's really convenient being close to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro Station, making our daily commute to IT hubs much easier. We liked the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security features. The price was within our budget, about 27.55 Lakh for the smaller unit. The only slight drawback is the parking area, which seems a bit compact, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, the location and the ready-to-move aspect were big factofor us. The 24/7 water supply is also a relief.

The proximity to GD Birla School is fantastic for our children, practically nearby, and the hospital is also right there. This was a major deciding factor. RR Developementioned the project was completed in June 2023, and it is ready to move in. The price range of 27.55 Lakh to 29.89 Lakh was manageable for us. The fire sprinkleand 24x7 security provide peace of mind. The only small niggle is that the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit dusty when vehicles pass by.
